At TimberShots, we take great pride in making sure that every TimberShot we create for our customers exceeds expectations.  We want our customers to absolutely love their purchase, and become a member of the TimberShots family for life!

In order to make sure we achieve this goal, we offer our customers a ZERO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY (***see asterix at bottom of this page***) within 3 weeks of receiving your print.  Within that 3 weeks, if you decide you are unhappy with your TimberShot for any reason, we will either:

a) reprint you a brand new one, working with you to adjust your TimberShot to your liking, or

b) issue you a full refund on your order

Note:  Any return requests submitted after the 3 week window (starting with the day of your order's delivery) will not be eligible for a return/refund.

Looking to return because your item was damaged in transit?

We simply request that you take a picture of your damaged TimberShot and send it to support@timbershots.com with the subject title: Damaged In Transit.

Upon receiving your email, we will immediately work with you on the next steps to get your replacement shipped out as soon as possible.

Have additional questions about our returns policy we did not address above?  Feel free to reach out to support@timbershots.com and we will be happy to assist you further!

***We work very hard to inform our customers that the quality of the wood print depends solely on the quality of the image being printed.  We highly recommend a minimum of 300dpi image quality in order to give our customers the sharpest, most beautiful print possible.

As such, we are unable to honor our ZERO QUESTIONS ASKED return policy if the customer has not taken into account the minimum recommended sizes we suggest for each size of TimberShot print.

In order to avoid this from occurring, we work diligently to screen each photo prior to printing to make sure it is high enough resolution for the size of TimberShot ordered.  We alert any customer we have found provided too low quality of a photo to remedy the situation beforehand.
